Moving up in your career is exciting. It also comes with a need for new skills and adapting to different challenges. Executive Leadership Coaching helps coaching clients identify their strengths and help build skills to be successful and sustainable leaders.
What got you here won't get you there.
You’ve excelled in your career. You've moved up the ladder and are now managing others. But you're struggling to navigate this new role. Maybe you’re constantly second-guessing your decisions or struggling to communicate with your team. You begin to realize what made you great at doing your job when you were managed by others makes it hard to let go and manage others doing what you used to do.
The skills to manage and lead effectively go beyond simple task delegation. Effective leaders need to be self-aware, able to think strategically, and help others develop their own unique strengths.
Executive leadership coaching can help you pause, reflect, and identify your strengths and areas for growth in your new role. At Aviva, we guide you through a thoughtful process that helps you identify your current values, strengths, and skills. From there we help you identify the needed areas for skill growth and help you identify how to gain those skills.

Executive leadership coaching can help you build self awareness, strategic thinking, and communication skills to become a sustainable and valued leader. Imagine no longer struggling with how to lead meetings, delegate tasks, and foster the development of those you manage.
Executive leadership coaching is not trying on someone else's ideas of how to lead. It's about assessing your particular strengths within your role, your organization, and your values. It’s about becoming the leader that makes sense for you, and having someone by your side to help you stay connected to your values, process, and goals.

You can be the leader you always wanted to be
When moving into a leadership role, the skills that made you a good member of the direct service team often get in the way of being a good leader. When we adjust to needing a new set of skills and letting go of other valued skills, it impacts your ability to feel effective as a leader. Without support, you might begin to resent those you manage, struggle to delegate and trust others, or micromanage your team.
But you can evolve. Executive leadership coaching can help you develop new insights into your self and develop the skills to become the sustainable and strong leader you always wanted to be.
