Laura Kehoe

Dr. Laura Kehoe works with adults who are looking to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, and feel more grounded in daily life. Many of her clients are navigating life transitions, feeling emotionally stuck, or seeking clarity around patterns that no longer serve them. She brings curiosity, warmth, and collaboration to the therapy process, helping clients explore the roots of distress while building insight, self-compassion, and confidence. She is especially passionate about supporting individuals managing anxiety, ADHD, relational stress, complex trauma, and the mental load of modern adulthood.

Approach to therapy

Dr. Kehoe specializes in relational, compassion-focused, and insight-oriented therapy. While she works with a wide range of clients, many are high-achieving women managing modern pressures and men exploring new ways of understanding emotion, identity, and connection. Her approach integrates psychodynamic and mindfulness-based frameworks with practical tools from CBT and DBT. She also supports clients in recognizing how emotional experiences and trauma may manifest physically, deepening awareness of the mind-body connection. Above all, Dr. Kehoe takes a holistic, individualized approach, attending not only to symptoms, but to the full complexity of each client’s experience. Therapy with her is a space to feel seen, understood, and supported in creating meaningful change. She aims to foster an environment where clients can reflect honestly, deepen their self-awareness, and move forward with clarity and intention.
