About
As the Intake Coordinator at Aviva Psychology Services, Nikki is often the first friendly voice clients meet, bringing a warm, organized, and attentive approach to every interaction. A graduate of Wesleyan University, she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Political Science, and Data Analytics, and is currently completing a psychology degree from UC Berkeley. Grounded in a strong background across client-facing and public service roles, Nikki is dedicated to clear communication, thoughtful advocacy, and genuine care.
In her role at Aviva, she ensures new clients feel welcomed, heard, and supported from their very first call, creating a seamless and reassuring start to their care.
