About
Dr. Kraft is a genuine, compassionate, and thoughtful psychotherapist who believes therapy can be a space to better understand yourself and others, navigate life’s challenges, and promote meaningful change. Her therapeutic style includes working collaboratively with clients to understand their experiences, identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and develop goals informed by what matters most to them. She strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves while also feeling encouraged to grow.
Dr. Kraft enjoys working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and significant life transitions. She aims to help clients process difficult experiences, develop practical coping skills, and build a life that feels more in line with their values.
